I started fly
fishing when my father put a fly rod in my hand at the age of 8.
Its been a passion ever since and I still have that first rod.
I'm 43 years old now and my goal is to be the best I can.
I learned to fish on
the Nine Mile River and Maitland River.
I lived in Michigan and fished Blue Ribbon Trout Streams like the
Ausable, Manistee, Black, Etc. about ten years ago.
My true love in fly fishing is using fine cane rods.
I build custom fly rods and restore cane rods as well.
Through the Port
Albert General Store and Fishing Pro Shop,
I started guiding on the local rivers in 2004 with great success.
I live on the Nine Mile River.
I have the skill and patience to teach and guide any angler.
